UNITED HOUMA NATION

TRIBAL COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES SWORN-IN: A swearing-in ceremony was Saturday, June 21, 2008.

Members of the United Houma Nation gathered at the Houma Municipal Auditorium, 880 Verret Street on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at 7:00 in the evening to watch the newly-elected Council Members be sworn-in by members of the Election Board. Members had the opportunity to meet and greet their newly-elected council representatives at a reception immediately following the swearing-in ceremony. This event was open to the public.
